I created a Wizard Lv.11/Lock Lv.1 and I don't have access to a Patron in my character sheet that I am seeing? I wanted my Patron to be Celestial

Go to 3rd level to get your warlock subclass.
Levels 1 and 2 don't distinguish who your Patron is.
A level 1 Warlock has a patron, but doesn't gain anything specific to that patron until level 3, as such D&D Beyond doesn't have it being chosen until level 3. For levels 1 and 2 patron specifics are strictly roleplaying (not mechanics).
Warlock makes a Pact, gains the abilities of a warlock level 1.
Warlock gains in power, becomes level 2.
At third level the warlock gains specific abilities associated with their specific patron (subclass).
Playing D&D since 1982
Have played every version of the game since Basic (original Red Box Set), except that abomination sometimes called 4e.
How do you get bladesong for the Wiz? I see you have a lot of 2024 PHB, but the bladesong is not, is that a 2014 legacy subclass?
