If I take the Hexblade subclass and multiclass with the Champion, will the curse stack with the Champion's passive ability?
No. Both abilities do the same thing — expand the critical hit range to 19-20 — so there's nothing there to "stack".
If one of them said something like "the minimum roll for you to score a critical hit decreases by 1", then that would be something that could stack. But neither of them say anything like that.
