I am making a warlock for the first time and I have no idea who their patron should be. The character will most likely have a romantic relationship with the patron but I need suggestions.
The first and easiest thing that comes to mind is Fiend Patron and going for a [Tooltip Not Found], seduction demons that, with appropriate scaling, can very well grant powers as Warlock patron and are most definitely a possible romantic interest.
It all depends on what your DM allows. Most patrons are not gods, but that doesn't mean they can't be. Maybe even ask if your DM can work out your patron themselves; leave an air of mystery behind their identity and intentions. That way, later in the campaign, they can surprise you with the reveal.
If you REALLY want a female demon as a patron, then choose a Succubus. You will have access to most of the powers associated with the Nine Hells but at the cost of being regularly drained of hot points and Life Force due to your patron's regular 'visits'.
August 3, 2025: Assuming, of course, that your Succubus patron does not immediately Gate you and her back to the Abyss where YOU will be the Main Course at a demonic banquet.

Hi heckinnheck

Born in Italy, moved a bunch, living in Spain, my heart always belonged to Roleplaying Games
Thank you. I did find a possible patron in the goddess Tyche (greek). Can gods/goddesses be patrons?
Yes they can but Make sure that god exsists in your DMs universe.
That would fit well with the Celestial patron.

"The Epic Level Handbook wasn't that bad, guys.

Too many options to list - but it likely depends if you want to use a named patron or a generic one.
Here are a few of each I think are interesting:
Zariel
Soneillon
erinyes
empyrean
Fierna
