Plain and simple. If you have thirsting blade and your pact weapon is a glaive and you have polearm Mastery how many times will you attack with your glaive.
One normal attack;
One additional normal attack because of Thirsting Blade;
And one 1d4 attack with the other end of the weapon because of Polearm Master (if you don't use your bonus action for something else instead);
So, three - two for full damage and one for 1d4 plus mods.
