So, I have really wanted a very studious warlock, especially as the PHB says that they are seekers of knowledge. So, any ideas of how to make a warlock pact with something to do with lore and knowledge wanting.

I would do that by picking Pact of the Tome, Book of An isn’t Secrets, Eldritch Site, and Eyes of the Rune Keeper. I’d consider the Great Old One patron as that’s the patron who is closest to working well with seeking knowledge. The spells that they get are the closest to being ones that work for gathering knowledge.
Also take the sage researcher background and if you are playing an Acquisitions Inc game there is a job role that you can take within your company called Loremonger!
I hope this doesn't revive a dormant thread unnecessarily, but here's some ideas.
Any knowledge god is likely to have aspects and servants. For example, Thoth is the well known Egyptian god of knowledge. Less well known is his daughter, Seshat, the minor goddess of Geometry, surveying, astronomy and scribing. Even less well known are Thoth's attendant 8 demigods, The Ogdoad - these were demigods related to human abstract thought. Darkness, Rest, Sky, etc. They're not active gods like Osiris, Set, Ra, etc. Rather, they're representative of human concepts. Greeks have similar primordial representatives of thoughts, and more extended knowledge - notably, the 9 muses. Any of these can serve as a patron of knowledge.

Alternate Thought- Loremaster could be a seeker of secrets. Dispater is the Fiend Lord of secrets so could go Fiend pact.
