Our group is doing a level 18 one-shot and I'm wondering if anyone can think of anything that I'm missing/forgetting that could make this character better? Doesn't need to be OP/min-maxed, just like something obvious I could be missing? I haven't played wizard before is why I'm asking.
Using official content and made a Thri-keen Evocation Wizard with the Wildspacer background. Can have 2 common or uncommon items and 1 rare item, plus 2000 gold for items/components.
Currently took Cloak of Protection, Luck Stone, and Amulet of Health.
I would go with the following attunable items Arcane Grimoire +2 to spell attack and DC Cloak of Protection Winged Boots -so you can fly easily for 4 hours
Also i would probably rethink bless as the fey touch spell you picked as wizard concentration is normally taken by something stronger

where's the simulacrum? the force cage? the wall of force?
Favoring Amulet of Health for 19 CON over another rare item.
Will look at redoing the prepared spells to include those.
