No, it's not overpowered, in my opinion. It's super duper nice, great as options you don't need to think about, but it's a convenience more than a necessity.
Shield as an always-on reaction option is nice, but as a wizard (and especially a Bladesinger), you have a lot of steep competition for your reaction. Casting Shield means you can't Counterspell, or Silvery Barbs, or Absorb Elements, or Song of Defense, or make an opportunity attack, or use Warcaster's reaction cast.
Similarly: Misty Step as an option always is nice, and likely may be your go-to for adds (to borrow from MMO vernacular) but each turn you're using Misty Step is a turn where you're not doing any other type of spellcasting. Great for functionally resourceless problem-solving, great for maneuverability, bad for your overarching goal as a wizard.
Signature spell is really really good. This isn't a naysay against it. But it is also, inherently, changing the limit from slots to action economy at a point where you can do almost literally anything you want as an action or bonus action (Metamagic Adept feat to quicken spell Wish lets you attack, then BA Simulacrum, and have your Simulacrum attack) and have the most pressure on your reaction economy as the game tends toward more monsters with spellcasting and more danger in crits.

Thanks for reading!
Me and about 4 friends started Dnd at our school and apparently it's really popular now so yay!
Is the level 18 wizard feature too overpowered? Especially with the bladesinger. Just prepare Misty Step and Shield and... +5 AC bonus permanently?

Not really.
That also ignores the fact that the game wasn't balanced around the top levels. Heck, most games never hit 18
