Most fun: really depends. I think this is more on the character thematics adn that is going to drive you to one of these. IME my favorite character of these three was a Warlock-Sorcerer multiclass. But I have had a lot of fun with Wizards too.
Most powerful: Wizard. The spell list is just so great. Most fun to build but not necessarily to play: Warlock Most fun: Sorcerer
Warlock really suffers in actual play when you are just Eldritch Blasting because you can't use your slots. Sorcerer's ability to use metamagic to do interesting/weird things really helps.
I thought I might just put my thoughts in this. Wizards are OP, but sorcerers are great to play. Metamagic is fun as crap, and they're just fun to build.
Define best? Most versatile, the wizard, best point damage/striker is gonna be the warlock, the best specialist, someone who can really dedicate their build to one purpose, sorcerer. RP best... That depends on you.
Wizard is the most forgiving when it comes to inexperience and the need to be able to roll with things are youre learning to play a spell caster.
Personally as someone with advanced degrees and a general high level of knowledge in general, who REALLY likes to get into character, I prefer sorcerers and occasionally warlocks. Wizards are fun but they feel to close to home and id rather be someone completely different for my 4 hours a week where I get to.
1. Wizard has lots of choices and resources to use them. 2. Warlock has lots of choices with very few resources to use them and 3. sorcerer has plenty of resources but very few choices. overall Wizard is the best utility caster out of the 3 because you have both choices and resources to use them.

Which class do you think is the objectively most powerful out of Warlock, Sorcerer, and Wizard, and which do you think is the most fun to play?

Probably wizard, sorcerer, then warlock for power. I enjoy playing Evoker wizard and divine soul sorcerer, both with Strixhaven backgrounds.
