Your connection to the Crucible manifests physically. You might exhibit pale skin, faintly glowing eyes in darkness, or a persistent drop in temperature around you. Non-sentient animals may become restless in your presence, sensing the void you carry within.
Note: This feature is purely descriptive and has no mechanical effect.
You can reap life energy from creatures you kill.
Once per turn, when you kill one or more creatures with a spell of 1st level or higher, you regain hit points equal to twice the spell’s level (three times if it is a Necromancy spell).
Does not work on constructs or undead.
Bone Crucible and The Rule of Four (Level 6)
You have mastered the art of consolidating necromantic energy into elite undead servants.

Restrictions:
- Creatures summoned from the Default List have no Intelligence restriction.
- Creatures summoned outside the Default List cannot have Intelligence higher than 12.
- Summoned creatures cannot take Legendary Actions or Legendary Reactions.
Command

Researching New Undead
Necropsy and Essence Harvest: Study a creature’s remains within 1 hour of its death to record its structure for summoning (10 min per creature).
Forbidden Treatises: Learn new undead blueprints with an Intelligence (Arcana) check DC 10 + CR of creature. Each failure increases DC by 2 for subsequent attempts.
Cognitive Load: You can retain a number of non-default blueprints equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum 1). During a Long Rest, you may replace one known blueprint with another previously recorded.
Necrotic Adaptation (Level 10)
Resistance to Necrotic damage.
Immunity to Necrotic damage from Bone Crucible summons.
Your maximum hit points cannot be reduced while at least one summoned unit is active.
Expanded Control (Level 14)
You may perform Bone Crucible summoning twice per Long Rest, each summoning up to 4 creatures (This does not override the limit of 4 controlled creatures with the maximum combined CR you can summon).
CR total for each summoning is (Wizard Level + Int Modifier) ÷ 2.
At level 14 and higher, you may add half your Intelligence modifier (rounded up) to CR total per summoning.
