Looks like a good build. I like the fire theme. You might want vary the damage types of your spellbook spells. That will allow you to utilize the damage type substitution ability of the Awakened Spellbook.
For cantrips, I'd try to get one that has a saving throw as well to try and hit high AC enemies, preferrably one that is not a fire damage type. I get your theme, but if you run into fire resistant enemies and /need/ to cast cantrips, you're going to be frustrated. Your awakened spellbook doesn't let you swap damage types on your cantrips.
You have burning hands as both a spell and a racial. My experience is that it's not a spell I cast often. I'd not prepare that since you have limited preparations. I'd /seriously/ recommend preparing mage armor as well. Your AC is pretty low and if something gets in your face, you're going to want more than shield. Ice knife is kind of meh. It's a spell I want to like, and I just fail to like it. I'd look into shatter as an AOE damage option, especially since you can change it to fire with your awakened spellbook.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
You will get a new cantrip at 4th. I would suggest Toll the Dead as a d12 wis save. I hope there is another caster in the group as you seem a little light on the utility rituals that many wizards bring with them.

We don't know what's in his book, you don't have to prepare ritual spells.

If you have a look at Find Familiar it says on the spell page "as ritual" if he had detect magic, identify, Tenser's etc they would show up even if not prepared. Unless that is a function of the Beyond20 extension.

I just remembered that I cannot see contents of spellbook of non-prepared spells.
I could get chromatic orb for all damage types that it lets me use
True.
Or absorb elements
It's solid. I do have a few suggestions though.

I’m starting the official build for this at lvl one, I just usually make a second one couple levels ahead as a guide to build the character
