If I have a cantrip through High Elf and spec into the wizard class, do I miss out on the proficiency bonus for that cantrip ( like for green-flame blade damage)?
If you can cast a spell, you're proficient with it.
Also, green-flame blade's bonus damage doesn't include your proficiency bonus no matter how you know it.
