I own the Masters subscription and can't get the Death Domain to come up. Any help would be useful.

The Death Domain subclass is in the 2014 version of the Dungeon Master's Guide. To use it in the D&D Beyond character builder, you need to either own that book or have access to it through content sharing in a campaign.

Make sure that "2014 Core Rules" is enabled on the Home tab of the character builder.
