In the PoTA manual, information for NPCs is scattered throughout the entire book. That means that to run a good campaign, you need to become very familiar with the book, the be sure not to miss important things from one chapter that are relevant in another. Anyone who has run this campaign knows what I mean, I'm sure.
It would be fantastic if in the digital rulebook, when you mouse over an NPC it gave you a list of other section of the book where there is information for that NPC. I love how this works for monsters/items already. Seems like it wouldn't be a ton of work to set it up for NPCs.
As someone who is currently running PotA, this sounds like heaven haha.
I don't know how soon we could get something like this, as their roadmap for planned features is pretty large as it is, but I do see the need. I think it just boils down to that book being kind of a mess. Having DDB has helped a lot though, as I can open all relevant tabs during session prep, but I fully agree that quick links would be fantastic.
