At the moment, there is nothing built-in that grants the features of a character with the curse of lycanthropy. But you can certainly homebrew the effects properly! I've done the same for a character I DM for.
For the wereraven specifically, I'd recommend creating a feat that grants the DEX score of 15 (if theirs isn't already higher), and the other wereraven actions: Mimicry, Regeneration, both Beaks (raven and hybrid versions), and Change Shape.
You can manage feats directly on the character sheet without worrying about "using up" a feat, using "Manage Feats" on the Features & Traits section of the character sheet. Any character can have any number of feats at any given time, which is a great way to track homebrew stuff like this!

If I own CoS on dndbeyond, and my player becomes a wereraven, is there a way in the character sheet to apply that?

Thanks for your answer! I thought that might be the case since I couldn't find it, but I wanted to be sure.
If you don’t want to waste a feat-slot, i’d reccomend a magic item
i can roll nat 1s on command
