I have updated a homebrew feat and now I have duplicates showing in my "homebrew collection". Also, when choosing a feat in the character builder, the feat now appears twice.
Question is: if I "remove from collection" the previous version of the feat, will it also remove the current version?

You can go ahead and remove the old one and the new one should still be there - they are separate entries in the database (but linked).
