This is already on the roadmap under the homebrew system revamp. There's currently no way to make a mundane item other than as a custom item directly on your character sheet
It is currently not possible share mundane items that are created directly on the sheet.
You can use the magic item creator and state in the description they are not magical - the players would just have to ensure they have "magical" checked when searching for it - which is checked by default anyway, so there's no negative impact during gameplay since, once added to the sheet, there's no difference between magical/non-magical.

I would like to be able to create non-magical items in the homebrewer.
An example is this item i created :

There's no need for it to pop up as an magical item.
There's also a lack of choosing "other" when creating magic item's it seems.
Anyone have some tips for me or are perhaps the beyond team willing to put this in the backlog?
Could be as simple as adding a spork to my item's without having to create a magical item..

Well, that was good news! Thanks for the reply.
So would that mean that any mundane homebrew item could not be shared within a campaign?
I'm planning my first campaign as DM and wanting to use several mundane components to be looted and used to craft weapons.
