Been playing Path of the Beast for a bit but something came up that I'm confused about. When you rage and do Form of the Beast Claw attacks.
It says: "Claws. Each of your hands transforms into a claw, which you can use as a weapon if it’s empty. It deals 1d6 slashing damage on a hit. Once on each of your turns when you attack with a claw using the Attack action, you can make one additional claw attack as part of the same action."
So my question as a Level 7 Barbarian: When I rage and attack with my claws. For one attack is it Claw and Claw and then if I choose to extra attack is Claw and Claw again? OR is it just to attack: Claw and then extra attack Claw? Or can I do three claw attacks for my combat turn (Claw and Claw one attack with extra attack being ONLY ONE Claw attack)? Really confused to the wording here.
One extra attack per attack action. Extra Attack does not grant additional attack actions, just attacks. At Level 5, one attack action grants two attacks. As long as one of those attacks is done with your claws, you get a single additional attack that must be done with your claws (totalling 3 attacks).
