So a few days ago I (seemingly randomly) unlocked 12 new 'titles' without really any description of why. I thought it would be a nice touch to add how each title was unlocked, just to give a bit more clarity to them for users

You earn them through making posts on the forum. At each milestone you are awarded a whole bunch at once.

They are unlocked in batches based on post count. You can choose whichever you like as your title on the forums. They come from the old level titles from AD&D: http://www.pvv.ntnu.no/~leirbakk/rpg/adnd/classesandkits/level.html
