The rules compendium could use a search feature like the ones found when you click on the compendiums for spells, items, or monsters. That way you can type in something specific like "dash" or "difficult terrain" and immediately find any rules related to that inquiry. The current way that you've created categories to look up rules is VERY useful and should remain, but this would give an additional option to more easily locate a specific rule if you are unable to intuitively find it using one of the categories you've created.
I very much agree. While so far I've been able to find everything I am looking for, doing a search can sometimes just be faster if you need something quickly.
