I was making a artificer character when I noticed that there was some options they have missing in the base infusions they are supposed to have in replicate magic item. So I went through everything and compiled a list of missing magic items that can be made though replicate magic item. All I have is the player's bundle and Volo's guide to monsters.
Level 2 - Alchemy jug - Cap of water breathing - Sending stones
Level 6 - Gloves of theiving
Level 10 - Medallion of adaptation - Quiver of Elonna - Ventilating Lungs
So you're telling me, if I just bought Tasha's then I wouldn't have a majority of what the artificer is about because other books.
They should at the very least have the items on their crafting list because that's the point of them. What's the point without them?
I mean.... they aren't IN tasha's so why would you get access to them via Tasha's. Think of it if you owned the book in paper form. You wouldn't even realize those items were part of the Artificer if you only had Tasha's book in your hand.

I didn't see Ventilating Lungs, but it's a magic item in Eberron Rising from the Last War. The others are from the DMG or are infusions that are part of the artificer.

Exactly my point, if you read it here and liked it. Well, you'd expect to have everything on the tin. But that's not the case apparently.
You realize that you need to own the other books to access their own content? Regardless of your opinion/gripe with WOTC's approach to backwards compatibility its their prerogative and not dndbeyond's as they only try to replicate the physical book's content .

None of these items are in the basic rules, they're all find in either the dungeon masters guide or eberron rising from the last war.
You'll need access to those sources or the individual items in order to access them as infusions
Find my D&D Beyond articles here
It's part of the class though, shouldn't they be in at the very least?
The class doesn't grant access to content found in other books

Artificer infusions are in Tasha's:
