The beta looks really nice. I like that it isn't overloaded with frilly background images everywhere. Yay contemporary flat design!
I'm hoping that a general search will be available at some point.
Ideally something that would search across tables and in description details. For example, searching "fire" would include both the monster "Red Dragon" (breath weapon) and the spell "Burning Hands".
I agree with DelgueIA. I decided to use the Compendium today for a simple look up such as Tracking DCs and a search feature in the Compendium would have been great!
Add a trim function before searching. For example I searched for all spells with "arrow " in it and got nothing. I removed the space at the end and it worked.
