I thought for a moment that this might be a relic of the transition from 2014 to 2024 D&D, but that doesn't make much sense.
2014 Grapple/Shove is part of the attack action, replacing one attack.
2024 Grapple/Shove is an option you have when you make an unarmed strike.
In neither edition is there any such thing as the "Grapple/Shove" action, and including it in the list this way just causes confusion by contradicting the rules.
It's a good idea to have these things on the character sheet for quick reference, but it would make more sense to have them display as attacks alongside the damage option of unarmed strike.

The issue is that they're also displayed under "Actions in Combat" despite it not being an action.
The correct information is on the character sheet, but it's accompanied by incorrect information.
