I purchased the Legendary Bundle in 2018. I should have a 15% discount on future books. I am trying to buy the 3 most recent books, but when I make it to the checkout page, it is still charging me the full price of 29.99 and it should 25.49. Why is this happening? Is there a fix?
-0 Click on a link in my signature to check your license. Scroll all the way down on that page and you should see a license for the Legendary Bundle. And while you are on that page, sync your entitlements too if it is not already synced.
- Make sure you are on the right account. Sometimes people accidentally create two or more accounts by signing in using a different authentication company (Twitch vs Google) or a different Twitch/Google account.
- Try logging out and back in. Sometimes you need the system to give you a reset, and logging out and back in usually does the trick.
- If none of the above work, you may need to send support a ticket. Since the holidays were not too long ago, they might still have a backlog of tickets to go through, so please be patient and do not send multiple tickets. From my observations, support can take around two weeks if they are really backed up. Usually it is quicker than that, but if they do not get back to you in one or two weeks, you can post your ticket number here and one of the forum mods can check the progress for you.
