So I just got an email telling me to go to the market place to get my free gift of $0.00 for some adventure modules. I go through the process of checking out and get a red banner saying they checked my "Bag of Holding" and that I already own one of the products.
I've never seen those modules so I check my purchase here and don't find them. So I try buy them one at a time, still the same result. I was going to submit a ticket but in giant letters they warned that there would be a slow response to do to the number or tickets they have. I don't care to wait weeks or months since the free gifts will be over by then.
They wouldn't be in your purchases, because they've never been sold. They've been given away for free before, where you could claim them from a link.
If you go to the sources menu and then to "view all sources" you can easily confirm that you have them.
100% incorrect. The email asks us to click on the free gift and it takes us to where we make purchases. Thus is the reason I tried to purchase them because I assumed my CC wouldn't be charged.

Anyone run into this? How did you resolve it?

I've been having the same issue, and I confirmed that none of the items were in my collections,

Just tried it again and it went through.
