Game Log & Tooltips -> Separate

I have a large enough screen that I'd really like to be able to have the game log on one side of the character sheet, with tooltips popping up on the other side. A simple change that would be great for quality of life.

And for that matter, can the game log log all game events and not just rolls? HP, rests, casting spells, changing inventory are all game events.

My screen is too small to have 2 sidebars open at once, but I would love if I could open the game log from anywhere and not just the abilities tab.
