Dear Dndbeyond. I love having different backdrops for my different characters, it gives them an extra layer of uniqueness compared to my other characters, and boost the feeling of where my character comes from. But... and it's a big but. Why is pretty much all of the backdrops cluttered with characters?
A backdrop should boost the feeling and the aesthetic of MY character, and it makes no sense having a bunch of wood elves in the background for my goblin character, or freaking Vecna just because I want something in an astral-theme, or under the sea without having a huge triton in my face.
Please consider this. Or atleast give us the option to upload our own backdrops just as we can uploade our own character portraits.
Thank you.
