The other day I was hit by the issue causing problems with people character sheets in the middle of combat which meant we needed to put a hold on the game for about an hour as multiple characters use DnDBeyond for their sheets.
I found out half way that there was a post on twitter that this might be happening and to download PDF's of sheets incase it went down as it was a known issue.
I dont use twitter, my players also dont use twitter, We are paying to use DnDBeyond so if you are aware that there are issues with the service and it might cause interruptions to the point of asking players to download the PDF sheets; please let people know about it ON DnDBeyond and not twitter!
You already have a banner at the top to tell people about new unlocks and sales, use that to tell people about service problems or make a post on the home-page where the blog posts are.

Yeah, we had that issue too. Our DM even took the day off work to have an extra long session, so this was a bit of a downer.
I'm kinda surprised they said anything. Seems like WotC lately has taken up the policy of not saying anything until 3 weeks after they needed to...
