Though as a janky workaround I have a favorite in my favorites bar that has the filter starting with what I own. And then update it now and then when I add a new source.
Came here to post this exact remark. Especially when looking for Magic Items to include in my campaign as possible loot; I'd really like to be able to filter on stuff from sources we own so I can tell my players what they can add. I experience the forced inclusion of non-owned items when searching for or browsing magic items and monsters as a cheap sort of forced advertising. We already own a good 80 to 90% of published content, do you really want to push my buttons with these annoyances to attempt to get us to also buy that last one or two adventures we don't own because we have no plans to run those adventures?

I don't understand why out of all the amazing filters you can't filter what you see by what you own...
Agreed this would be useful.
