Magical Discoveries adds 2 spells from the appropriate spell lists and makes new spells available at higher levels. Magical Secrets however seems to do nothing, only spells from the Bard spell list are available at character levels 10+ under Manage Spells and there doesn’t seem to be any extra functionality to add the Magical Secrets ability to add spells from other spell lists either when new spell slots are available or by replacing a previous spell pick
