I find that any valid caster never sees the War Caster feat in the character builder drop down. On the main sheet under Feats, it can’t be added because the character, again, a valid caster, doesn’t have any of the caster qualifications for the feat.
That's because the requirements to choose warcaster are programmed incorrectly. Probably need to remove all those "(Level 1)" parts. Workaround for Users: Turn off 'Use Prerequisites' for Feats and look under "Unavailable Feats"
