I'm still a fan of using a printed character sheet but the font sizes on the printed PDF are just way too small to read. I'm guessing the skill bonuses are like 4pt font. PLEASE increase the font size if only on the skill bonuses and saving throws sections.
I'm having the same issues. On screen, it's easy to zoom, etc, but the printed sheet is so small.
I've tried using a pdf editor to change the size of the font, but every line of text is in a separate text box so it's impossible to select chunks and change the font size easily.
Please consider making the font size editable by the user. It's such a great tool but the small font size makes it really hard to read for those of us with visual issues. In my particular case, I'm just getting old. But others may have disabilities and could be hindered by this font size from enjoying a full D&D experience using D&D Beyond. Thank you for your time!

You could probably zoom or use a digital magnifier.
I'm sure they have some quality of life/ease of use features like this planned, but they may be a ways away.
