The update already happened, there is no release note, the change just showed up. Now, maybe they're using the forums to announce this stuff? But I'd rather see a changelog entry.
Folders for characters? I'm not seeing it. Are you sure you haven't got the Beyond Help extension?
Ha! You're right. Beyond Help had the folder feature I had asked DDB for, I hadn't realized it came from that extension, thought DDB was just like, really cool and responsive :D. Take note, DDB, it's a MUCH better way to organize things (implementation a bit wonky, but great feature) . Love to see that one incorporated for real.
I appreciate the large blog posts for major releases, but I'd find it very helpful to have release notes for the smaller changes too:
