I have made extensive use of the "a la carte" system when it was previously available. Purchasing a full book is supposed to apply a discount equal to content that you have already purchased from that book. It doesn't. According to the FAQ, to get this discount you must now contact support prior to your purchase. Why is it like this? Is handling requests from customers one at a time really an easier solution that fixing the problem at the source.
Support is extremely slow at the moment. I have only put in my request a couple of days ago. Recent threads suggest this process can take weeks.

Yep, pretty useless if the sale is over by the time CS gets around to responding. Nice way to get around honoring original agreements.
