On September 27, I sent a request for assistance on the purchase of a D&D product. Quickly after submitting my request, I received an email from the team stating the following:
Hello!
This is a quick note to let you know that your request (#4101696) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff.
We do ask that you please do not delete any characters or homebrew causing issues. We will need to take a look at them to fix the issue.
We look forward to helping you!
That was 15 days ago. Should I expect to wait that long or longer for a response to my problem or is the request possibly lost or being ignored?
I am not sure whether the D&D Beyond team reads these posts. If they wait 19 days, and certainly longer now, to respond to your request for assistance, I doubt they care much about their clientele. If that is the case, then they certainly would not bother to read posts such as these. It is so frustrating that a company gets so successful that they forget the little people who helped them attain their success.
It is also frustrating that there is no one-to-one access to support personnel by phone. At least that way might be able to receive some service.
I would not hold my breathe in waiting for them to provide the assistance we have requested. Maybe if I post something that violates the Terms of Service, they will review the post and decide to help out with my request. More probably, they will ostracize me from this site. LOL!

Thanks!
19 days waiting to hear back why my digital/physical preorder of PHB 2024 isn't showing up in character creation.
No Response.
