I recently searched for "rat" and one of the results was the NPC named Cyanwrath from Hoard of the Dragon Queen. Now, technically his name has "rat" in it, but usually I'm not looking for specific NPCs.
This has happened other times too. If there was an option to filter them out (or search only for them) that would be very useful.
