I know that Unearth arcana is not 100% out but I'm wondering, when can we except these classes to be on the website as beta, like with the unearth arcana subclasses.
This was mentioned in other forum posts and the q&a video. UA from previous months/years will not be brought into dndbeyond. All UA released from now on will be worked into the website. If WoTC releases an update on the mystic or artificer then you can expect it here.
I'm with you man, I have players that want to use D&D Beyond with their artificer and mystic classes but can't :/ Eberron isn't Eberron without those two classes...

Marvarax andSora (Dragonborn) The retired fighter and WIP scholar - Glory
Brythel(Dwarf), The dwarf with a gun - survival at sea

Viclas Tyrin(Half Elf), Student of the Elven arts- Indrafatmoko's Defiance in Phlan
There is a lot of Homebrew content out there, you might be able to make one with the stuff you can find with a Google search. I, for one, would love for this content to be available through Wizards and their expert class creators. I need an official Artificer and Mystic like 6 months ago lol

I'm really hoping we hear something about this soon, not having Mystic in the system is the only thing stopping me from using it in all of my campaigns. We've got changelings now and warforged! Just not the damn classes! So very close, and it's the one thing we can't just add ourselves. I can't even make a reasonable subclass that fits it, people have tried and they're not the same.
Has there been any update to this with the release of Wayfinder's Guide? The artificer and mystic are both important to Eberron.
Yes, it has been confirmed that there is significant additional content to be added to Wayfarer's Guide to Eberron - this should include updated 5e versions of both Artificer & Mystic.
Personally, I expect both of them to be subclasses of an existing class, but that's just a guess - we'll have to wait and see. :)

We’re already seen some fleshed out versions of the class and honestly WoTC has a good enough understanding of there player base to know that’s an awful idea

Yes, while I wouldn't mind magic - item, construct, or gun themed subclasses of existing classes, or psionic subclasses of existing classes as supplemental content, this edition could really use a few new classes. I think every class they currently have in the game was in the core rulebook. And there's a reason for that - it's TOUGH to add whole new classes that feel significantly different but are still balanced and fun.
Look at Crimson Hunter for an example. All the HP and Max HP reductions make it pretty easy to end up perming yourself. Heck, look at the Mystic class as it currently exists: It offers an incredible psionic buffet but the breadth of choice available makes it tough to plan challenging encounters. We have a house rule that I have to pick 4 disciplines each short rest to prepare and I can only access the other disciplines through Psionic Mastery usages until I change it up at my next rest. It's really hard to add something new into a fairly well oiled system and not make the very things that make it unique and interesting turn it into something that falls on one side or the other of the balance line.
However, yes, I would like to see these classes soon. I am hopeful they'll make it in in soon ish. I'm holding my breath but trying not to make it look like I'm holding my breath. Breathing casual.

WotC has pretty much explicitly stated that the Artificer will appear in the Wayfinders Guide. It won't happen until (at the soonest) it appears in a UA and that should happen before the end of the year. They are not saying when precisely.
As for the Mystic/Psion:
1) There has been absolutely no mention of adding the Psion to Wayfinders. In fact, I've only ever heard them mention it in association with Dark Sun. Will it be added to Wayfinders? Maybe. But there's no hint of that. And it won't happen any time soon. (see below)
2) Crawford said in Dragon+ on Twitch yesterday that the Psion-Mystic will likely get a treatment, but that there are a number of other things coming first. He suggested that it'll appear in a UA when it has found a place in a product. Which really suggests that product isn't the Wayfinder's Guide.
3) Class vs Subclass. I'm pretty sure both are going to happen. if you are really interested in where they are with psionics right now, I'd suggest looking at a number of episodes of Mike Mearls Happy Fun Hour over the last few months. He developed a bunch of psionic subclasses. And then he started developing a full psionic class. It's pretty apparent that he thinks these are complementary approaches. Some psionic characters are best captured with a subclass. Other aspects best captured with a class. Now, keep in mind that what he does on the show is very initial design. Things can change dramatically. And-- as Jeremy noted-- these are just rough designs that will need more work before they even go to UA. And they won't go to UA until after they've found a 'home' in a product and they are through their backlog of current design.
In other words, I wouldn't count on seeing a Mystic-Psion any time soon. Maybe they'll decide to throw in a subclass or three. But I wouldn't hold my breath for that happening any time soon either.
Yeah, I also got the impression that while some players think Psionics are a big part of Eberron, they're mostly wrong. Artificer is a major iconic class of Eberron, and psionics maybe sometimes come up in the context of mind flayers, but not really player characters. I do know that they have been saying they plan on putting artificer in soon, before the wayfinder's guide is finalized.
Dark Sun would be a phenomenal fit, but... it's a ways out with no concrete plans, just some musings on twitter from Mike Mearls about messing with the setting in the future.
In the meantime the best I've been able to manage is making the Mystic as a subclass of Wizard. It's a horrible hack, but it's what I'm doing until they put it in UA. I'd share it, but the system does not allow you to share subclasses that rely on homebrew spells.

Just wanted to touch on Psionics not being a big part of Eberron, I don't feel this is necessarily true. They even have an entire race of beings that have psionic abilities by default, The Kalashtar:
The kalashtar can’t directly communicate with their quori spirits. A kalashtar might experience this relationship as a sense of instinct and inspiration, drawing on the memories of the spirit when they dream. This connection grants kalashtar minor psionic abilities, as well as protection from psychic attacks.
I <3 the Artificier. I'd love to see that, but it sounds like it takes a while to build a new class, especially one that's not even official content yet.
Sooo.... I guess I'm saying I'd really quite like to see it, and that there's some pretty good reasons if it doesn't come out soon, or ever (if it remains only UA stuff).

No one has an estimated time frame for that except Wizards. That is up to WoTC and when they decide to release another UA featuring those classes.

In a semi-related note, when are the UA races from Ravnica coming to Beyond?

Generally, UA content arrives on DDB a week after it has been published by WotC.
