I pre-ordered "Eberron: Forge of the Artificer" with the understanding that I'd have it this month. Now that the release date has been pushed back to the end of the year by WotC I no longer want this book.
How do I cancel this preorder? I couldn't' find a way to do it through the marketplace or my list of orders. I also didn't receive a response to this request when I asked it through your Contact Us page.

I got my refund through the D&D support itself, but I bought the Physical+Digital bundle through the main marketplace (not DDB) because I'm outside the US/EU, so you may need to go through the DDB support if you are in the US.
