Is there any means of hiding certain books in your DND beyond campaign? Eberron data is cluttering up everything in the character tabs, including races, feats etc. In some views, it is very hard to tell that the information is coming from the Eberron setting as it is not clearly marked, such as in the race information pages. Even more frustrating to me, I do not own this book so I have no idea why the info is everywhere. Halp!
Right now sharing is an "All or Nothing" deal. Someone, in some campaign that you are in, has content sharing enabled. This is causing any content they have unlocked, to be usable by you. There is no selective sharing option although it is "On the road map"
I confused my point by saying "campaign," I'm aware of the selective sharing issues and read those threads. (it did not occur to me that one of my players owns eberron and thats why I see it, I was under the misapprehension that sharing was by the DM to the players not in all directions, thanks for explaining that).
I'm actually asking about selective *display*. As in, of all the books I own, I want to be able to filter the feats list, or the race tabs, to only show certain books; right now I like will never buy the campaign setting books because it makes parsing certain pages a complete pita. For example, I hate SCAG and only bought it to get the group discount (well, the backgrounds are ok). The spells and subclasses and races are banned in my games, but they clutter up my reading view. In many pages, for example the class pages:
It is not even marked what book the subclasses are coming from, I can't figure that without going to each individual book in the compendium (and then cross checking to see if it was republished in another book).
Ideally I'd want to see a global hide/unhide option within my account, still be able to read the book in the compendium, but not have it show up in pages under the characters/items/monsters/spells tabs, especially not in the pages that form meta-entries consisting of material from every book in your collection.
At minimum, I'd want it marked in all these pages where they're coming from, not just the straight lists like the feats page, which do indicate book source.
Maybe you view this as a subcase of the selective sharing issue, but I also want to be able to hide books from myself, regardless if the book is being shared with me or I own it and hate it ;)
ETA: I am aware you can filter the list pages, though I wish I could set filters to default rather than having to re enter them every time. The real problem for me is the race and class pages, which aren't well marked and are not filterable as far as I can see.
