Under Basic Rules - Chapter 4: Personality & Background
Scrolling through the text, the side bar jumps on Character Details Languages to Background Languages and back again. On clicking CDL it goes to the correct point in the text but sidebar hops to BL, so it looks like a text marker flag issue.
