Swiftquiver is not appearing in the level 10 Magic Secrets Bard ability for me. I found an older post suggesting typing swift into the dropdown box but I can't type there outside of it jumping to spells that start with S.
It seems to be grouped by source or something, because if you scroll down enough through the large alphabetical list, you will get to additional spells.
I was creating a bard a few days ago and ran into this.
