When you purchase a campaign on Beyond, is there a library of NPC character sheets that you get access to, and can drop into your Campaign? I'm running Dragonheist, with players using Beyond for their characters, which is ace. But only half the requirements for playing a fight. As a new DM... holy crap it is a real PITA trying to track fights when you have to keep flipping between different pages in different books to look up possible actions for each and every NPC, and then go to a bit of paper to track hit points etc. My respect for DMs keeps getting higher.
I just checked the monster database and there are 31 "monsters" included with the purchase of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist on D&D Beyond.
A lot of these are the specific NPCs, but some are also stat blocks for roles, such as "Champion" or "Drow Gunslinger" that can be re-used or may occur in multiples.
You miss my point :) Or quite possibly I just on't know how to use Beyond properly! I know those are there, but what I'm looking for is an interactive Character Sheet, just like what I see for myself, or any of the players in my Campaign - but for the NPCs and Monsters that I've bought in Beyond. i.e., I want to be able to go to my Beyond campaign and in addition to seeing my players dynamic filled out sheets (which I can interact with), I'd like to see the same for the NPCs involved in the campaign. That way, I can have a tab open for each NPC and just switch between tabs to track what their current hit points are, what spells they have (and those spell's definitions), spell slots remaining etc.
Essentially: I'm a DM. So I'm "playing as" all of the NPCs. It'd really help to have those NPCs as character sheets in the same way players have their own sheets in Beyond. I could then import each into the Campaign (hopefully hidden from players), and "be that NPC" on each turn.
Beyond's Character sheets are incredibly helpful because of how interactive they are. Much nicer than pen and paper. I'd like them for NPCs and monsters for exactly the same reason. Have I missed something?

D&D beyond does not currently have an encounter/NPC manager. It is a highly requested feature.
There are a few 3rd party browser extensions that add this feature.
