Please consider adding other countries to the very short list of places you can purchase the books. I'm playing from Brazil and I've been playing for a long time now, but it's very difficult to use D&D Beyond in my campaigns only with the Basic Rules.
I'd love to buy the 5e books online just to use the app properly and run my campaign using all the material available.
Hey Victor, I'm brazilian too. I got the books from the website using my PC and I can use them on DND beyond using my devices (ipad or cellphone android).
This isn't something DDB has control over; WotC will have publishing agreements (that will cover digital distribution) with various publishers and distributors around the globe. If you can't access DDB in your region, it's because the agreement would conflict with the agreement WotC has with distributors in your region.

We, Brazilians, cannot buy the digital content using APP but we can buy in the Beyond Marketplace and then sync on the app to use normally.

Yes, I agree with this reply. I also encountered the same issue here in the Philippines and I was instructed to purchase the content via the website. I already have several books on my devices and can confirm that this works despite the inability to purchase from the mobile app directly.
Once purchased you should be able to download the content on your mobile app given that you have used the same account to purchase from the D&D Beyond website. Cheers!
When you say app, do you mean the compendium app or the mobile site? Because as far as I know you can't purchase content on the app in any region.
We mean using the D&D Beyond App. When you click to add any content in the App it redirects you to buy the content, and a message of alert informing that the selected country is not elegible to buy content appears. I believe this is the problem. Maybe if the message inform to buy the content from website and sync your account using the APP could solve this.
As far as I understand, which countries can purchase content through the D&D Beyond app isn't in the hands of Wizards of the Coast - those purchases are being made through the Google Play store or the Apple App store and the reason for the restriction is down to regulations placed by those countries on the app stores on "in app content purchases" - it's usually tax or legal restrictions.
As mentioned above, you can absolutely purchase through the website to unlock content for your D&D Beyond mobile app - please make sure that you are logged into the website with the same account that you use for the app.

That stinks... WotC please consider adding other countries to the very short list of places you can purchase the books.
Wrong place to direct that feedback, DDB can't control where WotC licenses their product
