i just bought the master tier and i cant link my players to my campaign ive looked everywhere i can think of and cant find anything

You need to give your players the link of the campaign, which is found on the top right of the campaign page.

i did but it didnt work i ended up spending 2hrs trying to figure it out only to get more lost

Once you give the link to the players, you don't have to do anything. It is the players that need you upload the characters.
