Armor (such as chain mail) allows you to equip it, even though a strength rating of 13 or above is required. Armor with this condition should disable the checkbox when trying to equip to prevent this, or at least have a note saying it requires STR 13 or higher. I can see this being very confusing for players who have equipped it in previous games because they did not know this rule, and then having someone tell them they can't in another game because of a rule found later in the players handbook, and not referenced by the armor in the character sheet.
To be honest I think both my DM and I misunderstood this then. But either way, something should probably be fixed as it does not change movement speed when selected on someone with a low strength score (who is also not a dwarf).

There is no strength requirement for wearing armor. Insufficient strength simply reduces your speed by 10 (unless you're a dwarf.)

Armors also don't mark disadvantage on stealth. These are both things that are expected to get worked on with next character sheet revamp.
