Kind of, but not quite. The URL is https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/ddia-mord, and the background and intro are from MToF, but the rest of the content is actually Rrakkma if you click through to the content. Weird.
EDIT: Oh, wasn't Rrakkma released with MToF? Aren't they related?
I think Rrakkma is unlocked with MToF. It doesn't have its own place in marketplace. In fact the marketplace and MToF don't seem to mention the adventure at all.

When I click on it leads to MTF I know they are connected I don't see anything about the adventure.
