First off, if i remember correctly, we were told that wayfinders would be updated for free with all new eberron content.
Second, i paid for the old versions of artificer, warforged, and whatever else. It is not ok to to just brand them as UA and use that an excuse to remove them and paywall the newer versions.
This is not cool, im not making a "request", return the content i paid for.
The artificer was always UA before Rising From the Last War came out. You never paid for that and it's normal for UA to get pulled when it becomes official since the UA version is now obsolete. The same thing happened when Xanathar's Guide to Everything came out.
Adam mentioned in the Developer Update it'd take a few days to sort out all of the updates. This release is a bit more complex than the previous ones. I'm sure Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron will have the updated content soon.
The races and artificer were included in Wayfinders Guide to Eberron. They have conveniently edited the artificer out of the compendium, but they havent removed the races yet.
EDIT: the 3rd version of the artificer UA was included in Wayfinders, the first 2 versions came out before it.
The artificer is in the WGtE now, but yeah, the official finalized version is the first time it's actually been part of the Wayfinder's Guide. It was always said that the artificer would be included in WGtE once it left playtest, so I guess you could say that people paid for the promise of the artificer, but the class itself was never gated behind WGtE on D&D Beyond (until now).
Yeah the class was gated behind nothing because it was UA. Correct me if im wrong, but it is now being put into WGtE and E:RFTLW, it is just taking time to update.

The artificer is already in Rising From the Last War along with the rest of the updated content. Wayfinder's Guide is getting the base class and 1 of the 3 subclasses.
