Could someone please add unencumbered, encumbered and heavily encumbered as conditions?
I know they are described as variants, but seing as how every character sheet calculates them, it would be nice to able to use [ condition ] [ / condition ] to be able to refer to them.
Well, that was disappointing, but yeah, adding them somehow would be nice, and they do seem consistent with conditions, in that having one of those three doesn't preclude you from having other conditions and vice versa.

They arent conditions though. All conditions are listed here.
There is a "rule" tooltip now though, encumberance would be a good addition for that.

Let's take a step back - what are you trying to achieve by having these as conditions? Where would they be used?
Are you just after a simple way of being able to communicate a reminder of the encumbrance rules?
The encumbrance rules (and variant encumbrance rules) are available on the character sheet, calculating automatically.
