My character sheet says I have 4d8 sup dice, and a d6 from the feat, rather than simply 5d8, or even 4d8 under fighter features, and a d8 under my feat. I don't know how simple of an issue it would be to fix.
EDIT: The Martial Adept Feat maneuver die also does not appear under my "actions," I have to check my feat tab. That seems silly considering the feat says the die is added to my pool if I have the feature from another class, and could potentially be forgotten (not likely, but I could see it happening)
Thanks, I'm a new convert to dndbeyond, and this is the first issue I've had, everything else has been simple simple simple. It sounds like this kind of thing has been brought up before then.
A bandaid fix to this could be to make a custom action and fill it out with the details of your martial adept feat options. It doesn't fully solve your issue, but it at least shows the martial options on your list of actions. The only thing is you have to remember Martial Adept maneuvers are a D6, unless your DM is letting you use the original printing of the feat which added the dice to your pool of existing dice, and those options are only available once per short rest.

There isn't a modifier for a feat to edit a class feature's limited uses. Feats also can't make actions in options.
Hopefully they get this displaying correctly in the future, but it will probably require a major update first.

Link to a fighter where I added the feat as a custom action. It's listed under "other." https://ddb.ac/characters/20240576/QjQRPa
