Hope this is the correct place to put this, but I'm confused.
I just got done trying to buy the Player's Handbook to unlock all of it's Subclasses in Character Creation. But, all attempts to locate the PHB have failed. (The Italian translation is listed, but not desired) It is not in my Transactions or Product Licences for having bought.
I would like to be able to unlock more Class/Subclass option from the PHB in Character Creation; but honestly don't know how....
All books are listed in the megamenu, none of them are purchase dependent. Instead, clicking an unpurchased book will take you to the contents page, then from there redirect you to the marketplace.
Because I am in a Campaign where the DM is sharing their Legendary Bundle - I can access all the book information.
But, the site says that shared content does not count for unlocking Character Creation options. But when I went to look for the PHB to buy, only Italian translation is shown.
I'll try this, and let you know.
The listed options just take me to the PC Creation explanation page of the PHB. Including the link.
Just tried to buy off of DdB Phone App - and was informed that the PHB was "Unavailable - Access token Expired" with no means to buy.... ?? Is this because I'm now in two games with Legendary Bundle Access?
Please note that, when the content is being shared with you via a campaign, that you can use that content to build characters already, but only inside the campaign.

While the link did take me to the purchase page, Clicking Paypal and confirm then Place Order, it keeps giving me an Error page with completing the transaction. But not any explanations for why.
Issues with purchases are best resolved by submitting a ticket to the support team, as they have the tools to be able to look at what's happening and help you!
I am very confused by why I still cannot buy books off of the Store.
I succeeded in upgrading my D&D Beyond Hero membership, from Monthly to Annual with my Paypal account. But all attempts to do the same on the Store keep being denied.
Paypal says that I need to find some other way to pay, outside their system, but even using my Bank Debit Card is being denied.
At this point, I am at a complete loss, since I do want the Books, but I'm not going to get another Credit Card to do so.
