When creating a homebrew action, there are three text boxes where you can enter additional data. They are Effect on Miss, Effect on Save Success, and Effect on Save Fail. Super helpful, right? Well, they would be if the data actually went anywhere. Currently anything entered in those boxes does not show up in anywhere accessible from the character sheet.
And just bringing it up again because it still hasn't been fixed, there is still no way for an item/spell/action whatever to have default notes entered when created.
An overhaul of the homebrew tools (which are just a slightly more dressed up version of the dev tools) is on the roadmap. As such, making changes such as removing orphaned text fields is probably a low priority right now.
